At LYONE TRADE LIMITED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve designed a straightforward returns process to assist you.

Return Window

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

  • Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
